Notice
The GRABO® High-Flow was tested up to 57.6 kg (127 lbs) with no suction plate attached, 130 kg (287 lbs) with the 300×300 suction plate, and 256 kg (564 lbs) with the 400×400 suction plate at maximum lifting force under ideal conditions. These figures are breaking points under optimal lab testing and must never be reached in real-world applications. Local regulations require a 1:2 safety margin, so the official tool Working Load Limit (WLL) is half the tested values shown in the lifting force chart.
GRABO® High-Flow Adhesion To Rough Surfaces
GRABO® High-Flow suction cup technology offers incredible adhesion to awkward, often unmanageable surfaces. Traditionally, standardised suction cups require clean, flat surfaces for perfect adhesion and hold. For example, airtight panels and glass panes usually fulfil such a brief. GRABO® High-Flow technology, meanwhile, offers incredible suction and lifting power on etched, rough and otherwise irregular surfaces.
The GRABO® High-Flow is rated for extremely porous and rough surfaces, drawing suction through the material itself. Therefore, it can work with the vast majority of patterned surfaces such as tiles and various construction standards. Of course, each case will vary and will depend on the exact geometry of roughness on any given surface.
However, the GRABO® High-Flow commitment to adhesion means you can effectively pick up more than a clean panel or two. Why restrict matters?
