The OTTOVAC takes the guesswork out of vacuum lifting. A precision sensor stops the pump the moment optimal suction is reached - preventing over-suction and protecting the glass you care about.
If vacuum ever drops below safe holding pressure, the pump automatically re-engages so your hold stays solid all day long.

Vacuum that thinks for you
The OTTOVAC's sensor-driven pump cuts off the moment optimal suction is reached - no over-pressure, no risk of cracking thin glass.
During use, the same sensor watches for any drop below the safe holding threshold and re-engages the pump automatically, so your hold stays solid while you focus on placing the panel.
Lifting capacity for glass and tile
OTTOVAC is built for smooth, non-porous materials - glass and ceramic tile up to a maximum hold of 330 lbs (150 kg) in both perpendicular and parallel positions.
The official safe working load is 230 lbs, giving glaziers a comfortable safety margin on every install.

OTTOVAC ships ready for the jobsite - the lifter, fitted carry case, and AA cells - so you can move precision glass with confidence on day one.
Sensor-controlled suction, automatic re-engagement, and a compact 200 × 200 mm footprint make it easy to handle large panels in tight spots.
AA-cell power
Runs on four 1.5 V alkaline AA batteries (6 V system) - spares are easy to find anywhere, no charger required.

OTTOVAC is not designed or intended for climbing or supporting a person's weight. Do not attach to glass thinner than 6 mm - high vacuum pressure can cause damage. The official Safe Working Load is 230 lbs; never exceed the stated safe lifting values.
