About the Position

About Nemo Power Tools

At Nemo Power Tools, we invent, develop and manufacture tools with offices across Hong Kong, China, Las Vegas, Israel, Australia, and Indonesia.

The Role

Candidates will answer customer calls about underwater power tools and electric-powered handheld vacuum lifters while handling quotes, orders, warranty claims, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls in a timely manner with exemplary service
  • Handle customer inquiries including quotes, order status, claims, repairs, and returns
  • Process orders and warranty claims
  • Troubleshoot power tools
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Meet KPI requirements
  • Liaise with production and shipping departments

Skills & Qualifications

Positive attitude, friendly personality and a good team player. Detail-oriented with exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and professional etiquette. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree or 2 years related experience preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience mandatory
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • CRM, B2B, E-Commerce, EDI, power tool industry or tool repair experience preferred
