Who You Are

We're looking for a visionary with an exploratory mind and a passion for problem solving, who enjoys pushing boundaries in fast-paced startup environments and has hands-on experience with 3D CAD design and functional prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Founder and CTO in design processes that meet quality, performance, and cost objectives
• Conduct research, development, prototyping, and product testing
• Perform tolerance stack-ups and system analysis
• Solve technical problems and implement corrective actions
• Build 3D models for design verification
• Define user requirements and develop job-site scenario tests

Skills & Qualifications

A visionary thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Hands-on experience with 3D CAD design and functional prototyping is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of professional mechanical design experience
• Prototype building and product teardown expertise
• GD&T and tolerance stack-up proficiency
• 2D/3D CAD software expertise
• Strong English communication skills
• Project management and leadership capabilities; electro-mechanical or power tool experience a plus
